To continue with our “Meet the Planner” series, we wanted to introduce you to Tzahhia (zai-ee-uh) next. Her name means soul, and is indigenous to Mexico. It’s our hope that you can better get a sense of who we are, along with what each of us has been up to during quarantine.
We’re all used to keeping busy and during this strange period, on top of our usual workload, some of us have found new hobbies, others have improved on existing skills while some are preparing for new additions to their family! ⠀ Tzahhia has a diverse background and her experience in a variety of roles has given her a strong skill set. Not only is she immensely creative, she also has an eye for detail. She has worked for a hospitality company that owns several venues, along with a remodeling business that focuses on residential renovations, all of which have taught her the importance of communication and teamwork.
A favorite part of planning for her is coming up with a design board unique to our clients while simultaneously guiding them through the planning process with choices that reflect their respective tastes. There are many aspects that make Tzahhia so special to our team, but a big one is how thoughtful she is. Our brides have taken notice too and we consistently receive feedback that she is a wonderful listener and truly takes their feelings into consideration when planning.⠀
During the quarantine, Tzahhia and her husband have been able to hang out more and play cards together. She has also been working on many home improvement projects, from reupholstering chairs she thrifted a while back, making decorative links from clay and placing new sod and grass down. She is a true creative personality and thrives when our couples need design help from her!
Fun facts about Tzahhia:⠀
1. She was a teacher in a past life and taught middle school Math and Science ⠀
2. She is not a fan of eggs. Do not feed⠀
3. Spotify is constantly running in her background, and live concerts are a huge favorite ⠀
