Our next planner in our “Meet the Planner” series we wanted to introduce you to is Kelly! We are in a series introducing our Dallas wedding planners so you can better get a sense of who we are, along with what each of us has been up to during quarantine. We are based in Dallas and serve Fort Worth, the surrounding areas and beyond.
We’re all used to keeping busy and during this strange period, on top of our usual workload, some of us have found new hobbies, others have improved on existing skills while some are preparing for new additions to their family! Kelly has always had a fondness for weddings, as a guest, as a Pinterest-er and then for her own wedding. After months spent planning her wedding, she knew she wanted to apply her client service talents in an additional creative space.
In her other life, she manages a team in a marketing agency. If you know marketing, you know it’s ever-changing and fast-paced. It’s given her an understanding in the importance of having a strong team and she has found client service to be a deep passion. Kelly’s strong point is the ability to take an ask and facilitate, turning it into something beautiful.
From a conceptual idea to the thoughtful execution, her strength is in a keen eye for detail and problem solving is something that I practice every day. Kelly also has a very clean-cut and classic aesthetic that comes into play when designing for her couples.
During quarantine, Kelly has been trying to spend more time outdoors since we all get to work from home now. She has also been perfecting her dishes and practicing yoga with the help of her cat.
