Hi, I’m Stephanie! My love for the event industry started in a high school hospitality class, and from that moment on, I was hooked. Events are my passion: the creativity, the logistics, the storytelling...it all excites me.

With a degree in Hospitality Management and years of experience, I’ve worn many hats in the industry, from social catering and event sales to venue sourcing, contracting, event design and large-scale event production. This well-rounded background means I understand both sides of the planning process, whether it’s a dreamy wedding or a high-impact corporate event, I know what it takes to make it exceptional.

Before I was even a teenager, I was flipping through my mom’s Good Housekeeping cookbook, determined to master the perfect napkin fold for Thanksgiving dinner. Planning, logistics and details have always been second nature to me. I thrive on organization and crafting experiences that are both seamless and unforgettable.

Whether you're a couple planning the most important day of your life or a company looking to wow clients and colleagues, I believe every event should be a reflection of your story, your brand, and your vision. The process should be exciting, not stressful, and I’m here to make that happen.

When I’m not knee-deep in timelines and design boards, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, trying out the latest restaurant, binge-watching a new series, or tackling my next DIY project.

Hi there, my name is Tzahhia (zai-ee-uh)! If you are wondering, “what kind of name is that?!” You are not alone. My name is indigenous to Mexico, and it means soul! While I am the only lucky one in my family with a unique name (kidding, I love how special my name is!), I bring that same sense of individuality to every event I help design. 
My journey to becoming a wedding planner has been shaped by a variety of roles: from a residential remodeling business to a hospitality company that owns and manages several venues. These experiences have helped me develop a strong skill set in communication, teamwork, and organization which are key elements in making your event seamless.

One of my greatest strengths as a planner is the ability to balance creativity with organization. My attention to detail ensures that every aspect of your wedding, big or small, is carefully planned and executed. Every wedding I plan is a new opportunity to work closely with my clients, exploring different styles and finding the perfect design that suits their vision. After all, no two clients are the same! I take pride in being the organized partner you need to keep everything running smoothly from start to finish, so you can focus on enjoying your day stress-free.

In my free time, I enjoy discovering new music and podcasts (Spotify is always on), thrifting, and reorganizing and redecorating our home. I love spending quality time with my two beautiful daughters, husband, and our pets! What matters most to me is building a relationship with you, ensuring your wedding day is a true reflection of your love story. Personal touches are what make your day stand out, and I believe it’s the thoughtful details that create the ultimate guest experience and lasting memories. Hello, I’m Sarah!

I graduated from Texas A&M University and earned a Master’s from Boston University. My career began in the corporate world with a major retailer, but a few years in, I found myself craving a new challenge. That’s when I realized my true passion had been with me all along: event planning. From coordinating for multiple organizations in high school and college, to orchestrating large-scale celebrations, I’ve always enjoyed bringing people together in meaningful ways.

Now, with almost twenty years of experience in planning corporate events, weddings, and social celebrations, I specialize in designing and executing thoughtfully curated occasions tailored to each client that feel both intentional and unforgettable.

I believe that the best events tell a story, and I take the time to truly understand my clients from their personalities, values, and what brings them joy. Having spent 15 years growing up in Malaysia, Singapore, and China, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and global perspectives, which allows me to craft events that are both unique and inclusive.

I am constantly refining my craft, attending industry workshops, conferences, and courses to continuously learn and elevate each event I plan. It's incredibly fulfilling to me to see a beautifully designed experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Outside of event life, you’ll find me traveling, engrossed in some book or watching stand-up. I also love spending time with my family and friends, attempting to slowly eat our way throughout Dallas.

By day, I work in a pediatric hospital as a speech-language pathologist. My job entails attention to fine details, adjusting plans quickly, and working as a team. I strive to connect with every family I meet and support them through all highs and lows. I specialize in providing individualized care to fit the needs of each patient. Just as in providing care for patients, it truly takes a village to make a wedding day an unforgettable celebration.

My goal is to connect with my clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and bringing their visions to life. I’m dedicated to being your advocate and support system throughout the planning process, ensuring that you can enjoy every moment without stress.
