- Travel Management. Flights, transportation and accommodations for your whole group, plus check-in and excursions (if applicable)
- Budgeting and planning documents. Budgeting with a line-item budget, Event Agenda Development, a Run of Show, and Layout Design for every space.
- Marketing Materials Creation and Guest Communications. Invitations, signage and event branding, plus clear communication with your attendees before and during the event. We also handle Speaker Coordination, from briefings to stage schedules.

We have planned events since 2013, and our team has more than fifty years of combined experience across multiple industries. WHY KEESTONE EVENTS?
We have planned this company’s sales rally since 2021, and each year they’ve trusted us with more. What began as a smaller scope is now full management of their multi-day rally, including the run of show, two happy hours, a leadership dinner, attendee rooming lists and the entire awards ceremony.
- Program: a six-part schedule with an executive meeting, a VIP happy hour for President’s Club earners, a welcome happy hour, the rally itself, an awards ceremony and dinner, and a closing day.
- Production: 140 feet of projection mapping, two 7'x12' video walls flanking the main screen, and a 48-foot glossy white stage. The CEO’s keynote included cold sparks, which add drama without heat or smoke indoors.
- Gala turnaround: we flipped the ballroom into a gala and cocktail hour with photo ops and vertical screens in just 1.5 hours between the end of the program and the start of the gala.
The rally grows every year. This year’s closing announcement that next year’s President’s Club trip is going to Hawaii sent attendees home with a big goal to work toward, and we’re already deep into planning both the following rally and the trip.
