Design

After learning your priorities and understanding the atmosphere you want to create, we develop a personalized design plan that incorporates everything from color palettes and textures to floral arrangements and lighting. This is where our team thrives. Our goal is to curate an environment that’s not only visually stunning but deeply meaningful, leaving a lasting impression on both you and your guests.

Once your design is approved, we carefully select vendors who are the best fit to bring your vision to life. We don’t rely on the same vendors for every event—instead, we invest time and effort into thoroughly vetting professionals who align with your specific needs and deliver on your expectations.

Production

Next, we delve into the technical. We are thorough with floor plans, coordination of audiovisual needs, specifications for custom buildouts and careful timeline management. Our team is comprised of individuals who are obsessive with details and we strive to ensure every component—from power requirements, to staging, tech rehearsals and seating arrangements—is accounted for. 

We rigorously dig into the details, thinking about everything from measurements to how guests will feel when they first enter, because the specifics and flow of the day matter tremendously!
