Hello, I’m Sarah! It is incredibly fulfilling for me to see a uniquely crafted, and flawlessly executed event that our clients will look back at fondly for years to come.
Here’s a little bit more about my background: I received my Bachelors from Texas A&M University and Masters from Boston University. Upon graduation, I got a ‘big girl’ job in the corporate world working for a major retailer. It was not until a few years into the industry when I realized something had to give. I was looking for a new challenge and did some soul searching into what I was passionate about.
Little did I know that it was right in front of me! Event planning was something I had been doing on and off for over twelve years now and though it took me a while to make the transition, once I did, I plunged right in and never looked back!
I believe in truly getting to know people, taking note of the details and encompassing your joys in life to create an event brimming with personal touches and charming details. My team and I work hard to ensure we deliver results with warmth and efficiency. Your event will be a very thoughtful affair as I spent half my life growing up in countries like Malaysia, Singapore and China which has given me a very open perspective and different outlook from most. This has caused me to be very understanding of cultures and enjoy thinking outside-the-box.
Getting better in this role is something I continuously strive to do, so you will see me attending workshops, conferences and taking classes to ensure that our clients get nothing but the very best.
When I am not working, you will find me cooking, reading or engrossed in some sort of board game. I also love spending time with my three dogs. Yes, three. No worries, I won’t show up to any meeting covered in dog hair as I am religious about vacuuming.
Don’t be shy, drop me a line! I’m excited to meet you and look forward to helping you plan an unforgettable event.

Hello! My name is Stephanie and I fell head over heels for the event industry while in a high school hospitality class and never looked back. My passion is this amazing industry and its never-ending creativity.
I started my career planning events and meetings at one of the largest hotels in Texas and it just confirmed my love for the hospitality industry. I then moved to another hotel as their Social Catering Manager and took care of all the events and weddings there. Being a part of the hotel industry for so many years gives me the unique experience of being able to see and understand both sides (venue and couple) fully.
Before I was a teenager, I was reading the instructions on how to fold cloth napkins from my mom’s Good Housekeeping cookbook. I wanted the Thanksgiving table to look just right. I am a true planner and organizer and enjoy digging deep for the perfect details. I know that embracing every day, every minute, every celebration, family and friends is what truly makes a beautiful day. I know the importance of creating a unique experience for you and your guests and understand that the wedding planning process should be relaxing and enjoyable.
There is only one chance to plan the perfect once-in-a-life-time wedding day. You will get a new friend, wedding partner and true professional.
When I am not working I am most likely with my family and friends, watching Law & Order or baking something sweet!

Hello, I’m Shannon and I look forward to working with you!
Originally from California, I came to Dallas after my parents had returned here when I left home to work for Princess Cruises. I traveled the world and fell in love with all the culture and diversity in it. I love to encourage unique ideas at events especially when they mean something special to the client!
I have been planning weddings and events in both hotels and venues for the past decade and never get tired of the excitement it brings! I have managed teams and worked with every type of person under the sun. My mantra is “I don’t care whose job it is, let’s get it done.”
With my venue experience, I have planned and executed events ranging from small board meetings to 500 person conventions. I truly enjoy the diversity, and it is also a blast to be able to bring thoughtful and unexpected details into the design. My strengths lie in my organizational skills, transparency and a love of challenges.
When I’m not planning, I spend time at home with my husband Don, three kids (London, Damon and Ashton), dog (Bouborn) and cat (Thunder AKA Kitty). I also try to escape to the beach whenever it is physically possible! White sand is a must 🙂
I am an open book and love building lasting relationships with my clients. I can’t wait to chat and get to know more about the vision you see for your event!

Hi! My name is Natalie and I can’t wait to meet you. My passion for event planning came to light when I was planning my own wedding! I too, am a Keestone Events bride who loved the process so much, that after my wedding was over, I asked if I could join the team. It has been such a pleasure to witness so many couple’s ‘happily ever afters’.
My background is in restaurant management which has prepared me to work with a lot of moving parts. It also taught me how to think outside of the box to solve problems and to stay calm under pressure. One of my favorite parts of the restaurant industry was learning to work with, and around, so many different personalities. It taught me to be flexible, kind, and understanding. I truly feel like one of my greatest strengths is the ability to get along with everyone which is important because every couple is unique.
One of the most important aspects of planning a wedding is ensuring that your special day embodies who you are as a couple. I love seeing how each wedding tells a different love story and I would be thrilled to be a part of crafting yours! Whether you need someone to guide the way or to take care of the smaller details, I’m here for you.
I love spending my free time with my husband, our two dogs (Hiccup and Maya), and family. I can’t live without Starbucks coffee, I love trying new restaurants, and shoes are my guilty pleasure.
Looking forward to meeting you!

Hi, I’m Kristin! My passion for wedding planning and coordination came to light while I was planning my own wedding! My specialty is to plan and execute your wedding so that you, your family, and your friends can be guests and not have to worry about a thing.
My background is in supply chain planning for a company in the chemical industry. I love taking the tactical planning and mixing it with the creativity and delicate touch of weddings. My supply chain experience has taught me to always be looking forward to the next thing, which I apply to every wedding I coordinate. Getting to take what a bride and groom have thought about for so many months and help make it come to life is such a joy. Each wedding is unique to the couple and it is incredible to see those personalities come out in all of the details.
I want you to be able to focus on experiencing the day rather than thinking about what needs to happen next – leave those details to me! I cannot wait to learn what is important to you as a couple for your big day and bring that dream to life.
I love traveling with my husband and experiencing new places, cultures, and, especially, food! So far, we have been to 3 continents and 13 new states together, and we have much more to see. We love spending time with family and friends near and far.
I cannot wait to meet you and learn about your vision for your wedding day!

Hi there, I’m Emily! There is a special moment when an event starts coming together. Things are in place, moments feel surreal and smiles spread across the room. This sort of excitement is why I love planning events!
I started my career in the hospitality industry, working at one of the largest hotels in Texas – The Gaylord Texan. From there, I moved onto orchestrating performances and book signings for motivational speakers. This experience led me to planning more corporate events and conventions, I eventually found myself in project management for creative marketing and advertising firms. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I was introduced to the wedding industry, and boy have I been missing out!
Coming from a creative background, I find so much joy in assisting couples with their design, in coming up with details that make each wedding unique since not one is ever the same! With my experience in project management, my strengths lie in managing timelines, teams and details so you can rest easy and enjoy this wonderful chapter in your story.
Weddings now have such a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to help you with yours! I often become friends with the couples I work with, and am here for you as your biggest cheerleader.
In my spare time, I enjoy hikes with my dog and teaching myself new skills and hobbies. I think it’s important to feel inspired as often as possible, whether in nature, art, or connecting with people, so please feel free to say hello!

Hi there, my name is Tzahhia (zai-ee-uh)! You might be wondering, “what kind of name is that?!” so allow me to explain. My name is actually indigenous to Mexico, and it means soul.
I am excited for the opportunity to work with you to create a beautiful and unforgettable celebration. My experience in a variety of roles has helped me build a strong skill set. One thing that sets me apart as a planner is my ability to combine both the left brain and right. I am immensely detail oriented and can hone in on the minute. My background in education has taught me to be resourceful, and determined, which is integral to help plan an event! At the same time, one of my biggest strengths is creativity. I am a calligrapher, and have had a lifelong interest in fashion and interior design. This has allowed me to develop an eye for details and taught me to keep an open mind when it comes to style. Meeting you will allow me to get a read on your style so that I can guide you through the planning process with choices that will reflect your taste.
In my free time, I sell handmade greeting cards and other hand-lettered goods at a Community Market. I also love going to live music shows, and… shopping at HomeGoods.
I pride myself on establishing a relationship with you and making your celebration a reflection of your style. I value the importance of adding personal touches to your big day- let’s do this your way because it’s those thoughtful details that make it different and memorable! So let’s meet, share ideas over some coffee, and get to know one another!
