Sarah, one of our Dallas wedding planners, planned Zach and Megan’s special day. She said, ” I loved how Zach looked at Megan throughout their wedding day, and how those looks were reciprocated throughout. It was so clear to see that the two care tremendously about the other and looking at images of this day just brought those memories flooding back. You know their relationship is an especially strong one, as both work together and they still like each other after that!”

The couple have broken all records for “fastest decision making”. It was so easy planning for them since they were quick to make choices and seemingly tough questions did not phase them in the least. Both live in the fast-paced world of YouTube (you can check them out at @meganplays and @aviatorgaming) so it makes sense that they reach decisions in an instant.

It also helped that the two are on the same page with what they liked. They didn’t shy away from color either, opting for peach tones (accented with navy and gold) which is on-brand for Megan too! One of my absolute FAVORITE selections that they made for their wedding day was their beautiful glitter rose gold dance floor, complete with a matching stage. That’s something we don’t see often and it was a show stopper that matched the venue perfectly.

Their wedding was filled with love and laughter, and it was so easy to see the adoration that the couple had for the other.
Funny side-story. Back in college, I roomed with two other girlfriends. Upon graduation, one of them decided to paint a cute collage for each of us, depicting what we do best. She painted herself weeding vegetables at her community garden, the other roommate baking, and myself…watching videos on YouTube. ’Tis somewhat poetic, right? 😆

I will miss planning for this wonderful and sunny duo!

“Oh boy, where do I even begin! Working with Keestone Events has been the absolute best part of my entire wedding! Our planner, Sarah Kee, went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had for a planner.

She is so incredibly organized and easy to work with that by the time the wedding was a month out we found ourselves kicking back and thinking “that’s it?!” Sarah laid out a beautiful timeline for us from month to month of things to accomplish, down to the hourly timeline of the wedding. She helped show us color schemes we never even thought of and organized all the prices/pros/cons/menus of each venue.

She organizing your budget sheets, how much you’ve spent and what’s left, she organizes amazing timelines with the videographers and photographers for the day of the event. (Which i did forget but she made sure we were covered!!)

We were finished planning so early in the process, that I felt like I could actually enjoy my engagement! Sarah allowed us to be as involved or as hands off as we wanted to be in this entire process. When I needed her opinion on a decision she would give it, but assure me that no matter what I decided on it would look great. She was ALWAYS there for me, she was so incredibly accessible during every point of the way.
