April 24th was an eventful weekend for our company with not one but three weddings that Saturday. One of those couples was Kala + Will, who were married at The Olana with Tzahhia as their lead planner.

Below is the wonderful review Kala left for Tzahhia!

“I cannot say enough good things about this team! We worked with Tzahhia for 6 months leading up to our wedding. I am an incredibly organized and Type A person, so I was nervous I wouldn’t find a planner I could really trust and lean on fully. Nope – Tzahhia was TOTALLY THAT PERSON. She made us feel so confident, sane and comfortable with each decision and piece of planning. She sent us checklists to complete each month and was always available for a quick text, call or FaceTime. Our wedding weekend was executed PERFECTLY thanks to Keestone’s Team!!!”

A little more about Kala and Will:

  • We met in 8th grade at a high school football game – we were best friends throughout high school and even college, both attending the University of Arkansas. Will likes to say I put him in the “friend zone” all the years, but we were always dating other people. There was always a spark there and we started dating after college, when we both moved back to Dallas – even working at the same company! Full story from each of our versions here.

  • Classy, elegant, modern, sweet and FUN! And it was exactly that.

  • My favorite part of the day was my first look with Will — it was so exciting to see each other for the first time and soak in the moment. It was emotional for both of us. The entire day was wonderful – from saying our own custom-written vows to walking into the reception for our first dance, loved it all.

  • Yes – I made the seating chart, using a huge elegant gold mirror. We also had custom bar napkins with fun facts about us as a couple and custom champagne glasses for our toasts. My favorite item was our custom matching Nikes with our new last name “Hanson” on them – we changed into these for the reception/dancing!

  • Yes – custom handkerchiefs for Will and my dad that each had a custom message from Kala, a custom clutch with baby pictures of Kala and her mom for Shannan (MOB), my Papa’s ring (my something blue) tied around my bouquet, and a remembrance row in the front row of the ceremony for our deceased grandparents.

  • Don’t sweat the small stuff – in the end, it’s all small stuff. Your day will go better than you imagined and in the end, you’ve found your forever person – and that’s all that matters!
