We had Wolfgang Puck’s team come in to create an elaborate six-course meal, complete with engraved leather menus, a string trio, and a few details you don’t typically see. ⁠

The birthday girl was a science teacher in the past and is an avid reader of books about her favorite scientists: Einstein, Newton, Payne, Galileo, and Tesla. Cookies were made with caricatures of these men, and tribute paid to her background and Einstein with a science-themed cake!⁠

Aside from that, this event is a memorable one for multiple reasons: ⁠

Fun fact 1: Those leather menus were a labor of love and took the vendor 50 minutes each to complete! ⁠
