Some of our favorite clients are repeat clients, and we were ecstatic when Nextep reached out to our Dallas event planners to plan their 2023 Sales Rally. This year, it took place at The Statler in Dallas. For the most part, the agenda remained the same with a few new twists.

For the executive dinner, we held it at Bourbon & Banter. With an intimate speakeasy vibe, we decided to go the route of food stations, accompanied by a handwriting analyst who impressed those attending by being eerily accurate! Other attendees headed up to the roof deck for a more casual happy hour to mix and mingle.

On the actual sales rally itself, we added in a white stage and flowers, and it was another two days of various speakers and breakout sessions. This time for the more formal gala night, we decided on an Old Hollywood theme to match the ambiance of the hotel. This year, we went with food stations and really highlighted the bar, which we made into a circular focal point. There were also lounges all around with a black dance floor and band to add to the atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with guests creating a conga line at one point!

This is such a fun group to plan for and we always look forward to it!
