Our Dallas event planners loved planning for this client from the start! We planned Nextep’s 2022 annual Sales Rally, which took place over a three day period. We hit the ground running trying to find the best property for them. Since many were flying from all over the United States, it made sense to host it in a hotel for efficiency’s sake. The Adolphus was the location of choice!

The days were broken down into multiple events. The first day concluded with a formal executive dinner at the beautiful French Room while others were simultaneously entering a fun happy hour event also at the hotel.

The next two days were the actual sales rally itself, filled with various speakers and sessions. It was also the company’s 25th anniversary, and they requested a gala night with a silver casino theme. That was a blast to plan for with fun, interactive elements included. Attendees had no idea what was in store! They were welcomed by a Vegas showgirl wearing a champagne skirt whom they could get drinks from. From there, it progressed into a multi-course meal where they were serenaded by a live band. After dinner, guests could choose to play at the casino tables or interact with other live entertainers from a dancing mirror man to a 360 booth to any of the other vignettes designated as photo backdrops. It was a nice way for attendees to let loose after working hard all year to achieve company goals.

On the last day, guests could choose to either sleep in or attend a private yoga session before delving back into a quick meeting and heading back to their respective states.
