Planning and executing the PLM Live Summit 2023 at Hyatt Regency Dallas was a full-scale operation, covering every detail of the event. Our Dallas event planners took care of it all, from venue selection, crafting the event website, managing registration and orchestrating a pre-event email marketing campaign. We left no stone unturned, detailing everything from the logistics of transportation to the finer points of decor and custom signage.
The Summit kicked off on Day 1 with a Boardroom Meeting exclusively for their top Amazon sellers, accompanied by hearty breakfast and lunch spreads. The day continued with a warm welcome at the Pre-Summit Meet & Greet reception, where attendees received their badges and essential conference information. Day 2 brought the main event with a full day of general session and insightful breakouts. In the evening, a Private Meet & Greet with Ashley provided an exclusive opportunity for networking, complete with hors d’oeuvres and a well-stocked bar in the VIP lounge.
As the summit rolled into Day 3, the momentum continued with more educational general session speakers, engaging breakout sessions, and the awards ceremony followed by an off-site VIP dinner at Saint Rocco’s in Trinity Groves. The celebration continued back at the hotel with a Coaches Party featuring a DJ and Summit swag giveaways, wrapping up PLM Live Summit 2023 on a high note.
