When Thuy + Joe reached out, they had just booked the venue, photography, and videography. We hit the ground running and helped them plan a multi-day event in three months.

As Joe is Italian and Thuy is Vietnamese, both wanted to highlight their backgrounds during the celebration.

It started with the rehearsal dinner at The Wildwood Inn . This was a destination wedding for most guests, so the rehearsal dinner was planned to be a care-free time for Thuy + Joe to welcome their guests and allow everyone to relax and catch up! The couple gave us free rein when it came to their rehearsal dinner design. Their only request was that it feel like a cool, California-style al fresco dinner, so we collaborated with the florist to come up with a colorful, casual design that would be a contrast to the elegance and formality of wedding day.

Cane Rosso brought their brick oven and made pizza on site! Joe is a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur so this was a very important and exciting part of the weekend for him! He’s also a fan of dessert and coffee, so we recruited Picole pops and Nightowl Coffee for post-dinner treats.
