Carolyn is a bride who really connected with Tzahhia, and I’m so happy to report that her wedding went by beautifully without a hitch! As her month-of coordinator, Tzahhia spent a lot of time coming up with the perfect timeline that would make the most use of all the hours on her wedding day. Here is a rundown of how the day went, from Tzahhia’s perspective:

“As a wedding planner, wedding days can be so bittersweet! It is so fulfilling to see months of planning come to fruition, but it is sad to know that you won’t be working with the couple any more, especially when they are as sweet as Carolyn and Jon!

I can remember sitting down with Carolyn over coffee for our first consultation and chatting about how she and Jon met, her vision for the wedding, and learning that she was a triplet! Carolyn met Jon in college at the University of Kansas, and he popped the question in Mexico- how romantic! Carolyn and Jon have very classic taste, and wanted this reflected in their wedding. The Milestone was the perfect venue to complement their style with its clean lines and elegant decor! In keeping with the classic theme, Carolyn wore a lace gown and her bouquet was mostly hydrangea with pops of blush and light blue. Floral and decor was kept simple and classic.

The day of their wedding radiated love! It was so special to witness the couple’s family being so supportive and caring of the couple on the day of the wedding! As Carolyn walked down the aisle, arches of curly willow and blue delphinium adorned the altar, and a string quartet provided beautiful music. To incorporate her Jewish upbringing in the ceremony, the Ketubah, a traditional Jewish marriage contract, was read aloud, and Jon broke the glass at the conclusion of the ceremony.

Their reception was so fun, it was evident how excited all their family and friends were to be a part of their wedding! As guests danced through the night, a surprise late night ice cream bar opened! The celebration ended with a bright sparkler exit!
