After stumbling upon this private estate nestled in far north Dallas, so much inspiration immediately flowed. Can you believe this gem?! Several vendors and Sarah, one of our Dallas wedding planners, collaborated to create this beautiful shoot.
Being in the country, it was intentional that this union feel casual yet refined and homey, yet elegant. Handmade tarts were brought in to put a twist on the pies, and a charcuterie and cheeseboard was presented to highlight cocktail hour bites.
The stationery suite was based on soft neutrals with hand-drawn details. The bird watercolor you see in the envelope and flowered wine on the invitation is a nod to the countryside where this farmhouse sits. There is also a delicate, gold floral belt for the bride that pays homage to the nature she holds so dear.
For the reception, those same neutral tones are reflected in the table with its linens. Pops of color (after all, this is a celebration!) were in the flowers, and plateware that continue the floral detail. The bride’s hair was pulled slightly back while the rest cascaded in soft curls down her back.
