What do you get when a cowboy from Vermont proposes to a California-born homecoming queen in New Hampshire? You get the loveliest couple named Paige and Mike!  Tzahhia, one of our lead Dallas wedding planners, worked with Paige and Mike to make their dream a reality.  Their wedding ceremony took place at the First Presbyterian Church of Dallas followed by the reception at The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas.

Tzahhia said, “When we met, I could tell right away that Paige was a warm, kind-hearted person and those qualities really shined through as we began to plan. Paige had a really clear vision for what she wanted on her wedding day: a traditional ceremony at First Presbyterian, and an elegant but extremely fun reception. She had a rockstar vendor team lined up, but we knew there would be a lot of moving parts so we started working together six months before wedding day to ensure that all the details came together seamlessly.”

The Adolphus served as a perfect backdrop for an elegant, white and and gold, black-tie affair. Branching Out created show-stopping, romantic florals and provided gorgeous, textured linens to complement the floral design. Since both Paige and Mike are originally from out of state, they had a lot of guests traveling from out of town. With that in mind, Paige knew she wanted to inject a Texas punch into the big day while still staying true to her California roots.

Paige planned several surprises for her guests. To kick things off, guests had the opportunity to ride a mechanical bull at the rehearsal dinner. The following day, all guests received a BBQ rub that was packaged and neatly displayed at each place setting. During dancing, one of the most popular props was the light-up cowboy hats our team passed out. To end the night, we served In-N-Out (a California company) as a late night snack!

Paige and Mike’s wedding was so fun, memorable, and most importantly, it was super personal! Thank you for letting Keestone be a part of such a special day!”

Below is the review from Paige:

Keestone Events and Tzahhia Coleman are the best of the best! Tzahhia was extremely organized, and I so appreciated her very calm demeanor. Tzahhia had SO many great ideas, she was a great listener, easy to get in touch with, quick to respond, and she wrote down every detail in our shared planning documents. She was also proactive – reminding me to start thinking about something, or following up to see if I had made a decision about something. Throughout the entire planning process, I could tell that she truly cared, and I loved how it was always “what are your thoughts on these ideas?” instead of “do this.”

I also really appreciated how Keestone Events lets you CUSTOMIZE your own planning package with clear pricing for each item you want to include in your very own package. I knew that unlimited emailing/texting/calls was important to me – but I knew I didn’t need help picking a photographer, band, videographer etc. This pricing model is unique to Keestone Events. All the other planners I spoke with had very vague descriptions of what their pricing included – plus hourly rates if you called them – or others said their fee was a flat 10% of your total wedding budget – which made no sense to me since I had already picked many of my vendors without the help of any planners.

Trust me when I say Keestone Events is the only way to go! Your wedding weekend will be perfectly executed and the planning process will be a lot of fun and super organized! Thank you Tzahhia for everything!! Our wedding was beyond perfect largely due to YOU!!!!”
