“The concept behind this styled shoot at The White Sparrow was a mix vintage and southern, with a whole lot of charm. Emerald is a color I rarely see utilized in weddings, and the richness of the green is something I wanted to highlight” recalled Sarah, one of our lead Dallas wedding planners.

Shapiro Diamonds was amazing in specifically ordering rose gold jewelry to pair up with big, bold emeralds. We wanted the green to be subtle, yet make enough of a statement where your eye is immediately drawn to it. To offset the brilliant green, we used blush and ivory tones to help soften it.

Lizzie Bees spared no expense with the florals and used hundreds of roses and giant dahlia blooms to bring the vision to life.

Southern charm was a big theme in the shoot, from the soft blush runner flowing off the table, to the emerald ribbons holding the gold vintage flatware together, to the smooth calligraphy script on the invitations. Watters did a fabulous job here, bringing the most intricate, beautiful vintage dress that offset the venue and style perfectly.

We really wanted to showcase how lovely simplicity can be, and to highlight a few elements well. The White Sparrow, was perfect as it was a blank canvas filled with thoughtful details that went sublimely with the color palette.
